A new natural gas engine turbocharger had passed the full road test of China FAW Automobile Corporation,including road conditions of flat, climbing, downhill etc., in the Kashgar Plateau region of Xinjiang.
The product was tested on FAW natural gas engine, and the test results showed that under different working conditions at different altitudes, when the engine speed is increased from 1200rpm to 3000rpm (full throttle) , all meet the design and technical requirements from the automobile companies after a comparison between the different RPM from vehicle ,engine and turbocharger .
The two-stage electronic control VGT turbocharger system passed the validation successfully.
According to the comprehensive evaluation,under the environment of an altitude of 5500 meters, technical parameters including the maximum torque of rated power,average torque(low-speed), minimum fuel consumption rate, average fuel consumption rate (low-speed), thermal load at different altitudes between 0-5500 meters and maximum combustion pressure .
