A new natural gas engine turbocharger had passed the full road test of China FAW Automobile Corporation,including road conditions of flat, climbing, downhill etc., in the Kashgar Plateau region of Xinjiang. The product was tested on FAW natural gas engine, and the test results showed that under different working conditions at different altitudes, when the engine speed is increased from 1200rpm to 3000rpm (full throttle) , all meet the design and technical requirements from the automobile companies after a comparison between the different RPM from vehicle ,engine and turbocharger .
At the same time, after nearly a thousand kilometers of road test on the Xinjiang Plateau, it was found after the disassembling that there was no obvious wearness on the journey bearings, thrust bearings and outer diameters on the shaft,which received high remarks by FAW . This project had been approved for mass production.
