This turbocharger system adopts the turbocharger technology configuration  through the two stage electronic controlled design consisted of the high pressure stage and the low pressure stage, which had been authorized with international and domestic invention patents. Based on independently developed turbocharger test platform by Kaidi, the two-stage adjustable turbocharger comprehensive performance test bench based on VGT (including water-cooled bearing housing, water-cooled controller) is built, and the compressor surge performance and turbine regulation characteristics were tested. Meanwhile,to verify the accuracy and repeated consistency of the controller of the two-stage adjustable turbocharger system and blade adjustment control, especially the dual electronic control strategy proposed by Kaidi, and achieve the air-fuel ratio test matching the instantaneous air volume and engine fuel injection at the air supply pressuresuitable for the Yellow River elevation from 0 m to 5500 m. This test completed the engine matching to achieve 0-5000 meters range of elevation tests.
